Mobile applications developer / Team Leader - Windows Mobile - APPLY

2-4 years hands-on development experience with .NET on mobile devices (.NET Compact Framework)
Knowledge of web service technologies and services (Web Services, REST APIs)
Experience designing and implementing graphical user interface
Self-motivated, self-directed and creative.
Innovative and can create the *wow* factor
Plus:
Experience developing other mobile applications (Android, iPhone, Palm Pre, etc)
Developing unmanaged mobile solutions - C++
Server side experience: ASP.NET, Web Services
Experience with location technologies (GPS, compass, maps, etc.)
Experience with Open GL \ ES, DirectShow
Experience with Image processing

5-10+ years of Microsoft's related software development experience (C#/C++)
Proven track record of delivering secure, highly scalable (data / transactions), high performance and reliable solutions
Strong .NET 3.5 development skills, including WCF / ASP.NET
Experience developing cross platform / mobile friendly web services
An excellent understanding in the underlying workings of .NET, Windows OS and Inter-process Communication.
Experience optimizing performance
Experience developing multithreaded applications
Excellent knowledge of SQL Server 2008 (e.g: table design, stored procedures, query design &optimization, administration etc.)
Plus:
Experience developing mobile applications (Windows Mobile, Android, iPhone, Palm Pre, etc)
Development over mapping and GIS tools.
Experience with Image processing algorithms
